About this site
Site is part of a sacred forest which we are using as a beta plot to test our Geoblocs system. We are planting a highly biodiverse coffee agroforestry system. The ground cover consists of secondary growth forest which is a mix of invasive species as well as coconut and banana. The coconut preforms badly in this location and will be replaced with Robusta coffee under a mixed native canopy. This project is part sponsored by Shindig festival in the UK who have agreed to sell the coffee from the project at their festival when it is ready.
